Pricing Terms :
- All prices quoted are FOB Port of Jakarta, Indonesia
- Prices quoted are valid for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks prices may change without notice.
Terms of Payment :
Sea Shipment – 50% deposit to start order. Full balance to be paid within 3 days of receipt of
fax or email copy of all shipping documents. Original documents sent immediately upon
receipt of funds.
IMPORTANT : Upon receipt of copy of documents, balance must be paid within 3 days.
Sampling Policy :
All customers requesting samples will be charged for freight of samples.
Delivery Time :
At time of order we will send pro-forma and advise delivery time. Our delivery time depends
greatly on time of year and number and type of items ordered. Delivery time in average can
run from 30 – 45 days 30 days depending on the above-mentioned factors. Our counting of
days starts on receipt of fax copy of T/T or L/C.
Cancellations :
No cancellations are accepted once orders have been confirmed.
