Pricing Terms :
1. All prices quoted are FOB Port of Surabaya, Indonesia
2. Prices quoted are valid for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks prices may change without notice.
Terms of Payment :
Sea Shipment – 50% deposit to start order. Full balance to be paid at same day of receipt of
fax or email copy of all shipping documents. Original documents sent immediately upon
receipt of funds.
Sampling Policy :
All customers requesting samples will be charged for freight of samples.
Delivery Time :
At time of order we will send pro-forma and advise delivery time. Our delivery time depends greatly on time of year and number and type of items ordered. Delivery time in average can run from 30 – 45 working days depending on the above-mentioned factors. Our counting of days starts on T/T receipt in our bank account.
Cancellations :
No cancellations are accepted once orders have been confirmed
